-CONTRACT FOR WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES-
This contract for wedding photography services is hereby effective and binding the last date it is signed by one of the parties.

OWNERSHIP RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Photographer and Client agree that unless stated otherwise in this document, Photographer owns any and all copy or reproduction rights. Client agrees to not reproduce or copy any proof or other photograph of the event, taken by Photographer, without Photographer's written permission. Any unauthorized reproduction of an image from the event constitutes a breach of this agreement and will subject Client(s) to any and all applicable civil penalties. If Client purchases a CD or DVD from Photographer, either individually or as part of a "Package", Client then has unlimited reproduction and/or duplication rights upon receipt of the same. Photographer will provide Client with a "copyright release" letter.
RETAINER AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
To reserve the event date, photographer requires a retainer of $ 500.00. Photographer will not hold any date open without receipt of said retainer. Said retainer is non-refundable for any reason, except if this contract cancelled by Photographer.
The remaining balance of $ must be received by photographer no later than 10 days prior to the event date.
ORDERING TIMELINE
All pre-paid orders MUST be received by the Photographer within four (4) months of the wedding date or an additional $ 250.00 must be paid to cover potentially higher costs for processing. Photographer agrees that the proofs from the event will be online within 15 days after the event date.
DISCLAIMER:
Photographer warrants and declares that every effort will be made to provide high quality photographic services. In the unlikely event that a catastrophic mechanical failure should occur to Photographer’s equipment and Photographer is unable to provide Client with the agreed upon photography services and/or products, Photographer agrees to reimburse Client for all amounts paid to date. Photographer and Client agree that Photographer is not responsible for any other damages, emotional or otherwise.
Client(s) agrees that Photographer may use any photograph for publicity purposes that he chooses that contain images from the event. Such publicity and advertising may include publication on Photographer’s Internet Web Site.
Other persons may take photographs at the wedding and reception, however all "formal" or other shots set up by photographer are for photographer to photograph exclusively. It is the Client’s responsibility to inform all guests of said policy.
